Clint has been building homes and creating lasting relationships with clients for over 30 years. His first paid gig in construction was as a laborer at the age of 14 that he commuted to on a motorcycle. Don’t tell Mom. Clint has worked for one of the nations’ largest homebuilders and been in the trenches as a business owner and General Contractor. When Clint is not working you can find him outside with his family exploring, surfing and getting lost in the mountains.

Briette Snook leads the design team at Healthy Home with a passion for authentic architecture and green building. After graduating with a B.A. of Architecture from the University of Southern California she went on to work for award winning design firms in landscape design, architecture and planning, and custom residential interior and architecture design. Through her experience she has developed an ideal of designing for how people really live and work, not for how they should.

Britt, our office manager, brings nearly a decade of experience to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring with her dog, riding her bike in the summer, and teaching yoga. A self-taught silversmith, Britt has sold her custom jewelry pieces worldwide, showcasing her creativity and passion for craftsmanship.

Healthy Home Co. is the product of Bret’s vision and hard work. As an experienced General Contractor, Bret is responsible for an impressive portfolio of projects both in the basin and also in Southern California. From design to build, Bret has a knack for high-quality detail, craftsmanship, and problem solving. Over the years he has molded a company culture that truly reflects the Lake Tahoe Lifestyle. When he’s not working, you can find Bret mountain biking or back country skiing with his friends and family.
Matt Beller
Stephanie has been interested in Design and Build from a young age. She went to school at the Design Institute of San Diego, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She has worked for General Contractors, Interior Designers, and Architects. She was also the owner of her own business before having her kids. Stephanie enjoys helping clients create a space that they are excited about and feels like them.
Dave Young
Dave has been in the construction industry since 1997, with experience spanning Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Lake Tahoe. Known for finding creative solutions to complex building challenges, he brings a unique touch to every project. In his free time, Dave enjoys fishing, brewing, and copper smithing.
Matt brings 32 years of industry expertise to the team. A seasoned professional, his passion for construction is matched by his love for snow skiing. During the winter, Matt serves as a local on-mountain ski chaplain, combining his love for the slopes with his commitment to community.

Cory has been working in carpentry for about 20 years, having grown up in the trade. He loves bringing homes to life from start to finish with his craftsmanship. In his free time, Cory enjoys riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes, blending his passion for adventure with his dedication to building.

Every great crew needs a skilled lead carpenter, and we are lucky to have Willie Bright as ours. Willie is truly a jack of all trades and thrives in all projects he’s tasked with.
Darren has been ingrained in the world of carpentry for as long as he can remember. Beyond the workshop, Darren's love for the outdoors shines through. Whether it's seeking inspiration from nature's intricate designs or simply enjoying a day under the sun, the natural world is his second home.
With 10 years of experience in the industry, Jed is dedicated to his craft. When he’s not working, you can find him snowboarding or road biking. A fun and quirky fact about Jed? He’s never eaten a hot dog!
Ricky has been in the trade for 6 years and thrives on solving challenges with a hands-on approach. His favorite hobbies include fishing, hiking, and kayaking, where he enjoys connecting with nature. Ricky’s love for problem-solving and the outdoors makes him a dedicated and resourceful team member.
Rogelio has 5 years of experience in the trades, bringing energy and skill to every project. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing soccer, fishing, and indulging in his unique favorite snack—ice cream with fries!
